The problem

Scaling technology has become harder than scaling the business.

Most technology leaders we meet face a similar pattern. The ambition is clear, the budget is there, but execution is constrained by capacity, continuity and operational alignment.

Engineering teams that don't scale

Hiring senior engineers takes months and internal teams stay stretched. Roadmaps slip and key people burn out.

A gap between business and technology

Strategy, operations and engineering work in parallel rather than together. Decisions take longer and value arrives late.

Outsourcing without ownership

Traditional vendors deliver hours, not outcomes. Quality varies, accountability is unclear and turnover breaks continuity.

Initiatives that stall in delivery

Modernization, AI and platform programs lose momentum when there is no stable team to carry them through to production.

The Luminedge approach

Built for the way your organization actually delivers.

Software only creates value when people, process and engineering move together. Our engagements are sized to your delivery structure and held together by clear European accountability.

01

Dedicated engineering teams

Cross-functional teams that learn your stack, follow your processes and stay with you for the long term. No rotating contractors, no hand-offs.

02

Operational collaboration

We work as part of your organization, aligning engineering with the way your business actually runs. People and processes come before tooling.

03

European governance

Contracts, oversight and accountability sit in Europe. Predictable delivery, clear reporting and one partner responsible for the outcome.

04

AI-native engineering culture

Modern AI tooling is part of how our teams plan, build and review software, applied where it improves quality and pace, not as a slogan.

Services

Operational partnerships, not commodity development.

Four engagement models, each built on the same principle: a dedicated team, embedded in your delivery structure, with clear European accountability for the outcome.

Dedicated Engineering Teams

A stable, cross-functional team that learns your domain, joins your rituals and owns its work over multiple years. You get continuity, not rotating contractors.

Embedded Product Delivery

Discovery, design and engineering aligned to your roadmap and reporting lines. We integrate with your product managers and ship against business outcomes, not ticket counts.

Software Modernization

Carrying legacy platforms forward without disrupting operations. We work alongside your team to refactor, replatform and harden the systems your business depends on.

AI and Data Capability

Building durable AI, machine learning and data foundations into your existing operations, with the engineering and governance needed to keep them running in production.

OX Delivers

An ERP that runs an electric truck network connecting farms to markets.

OX Delivers needed to operate a pay-as-you-go electric logistics service in rural Africa, but had no system to manage orders, vehicle telemetry and usage billing in one place. We embedded a dedicated team alongside their operations to design and build a tailored ERP that today runs the daily business and was recognised by TIME Magazine as one of the best inventions of the year.

Hallo

AI services that absorbed growth without growing the operations team.

As Hallo expanded internationally, customer service volume and proposal work outpaced the team. We delivered a set of AI microservices for supply chain automation, sentiment analysis and proposal generation, embedded in their existing workflows. Throughput and customer satisfaction improved while operational headcount stayed flat.

NSFO

A machine learning platform that modernised a national farming operation.

NSFO needed to move from manual record keeping to data-led breeding and welfare decisions across hundreds of farms. We built ML models for breeding values, welfare monitoring and meadow analysis, together with a Circular Quality Mark for sustainable farms. The platform unlocked new revenue streams and changed how the cooperative operates.
